Because our products are often made-to-order or prepared by hand, shipping times may vary slightly by item:
Art & Canvases (NuevArt): Every canvas is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and foam protectors. We typically take 1–2 business days to hand-stretch and prepare your art. After that, UPS ground shipping usually takes 1–3 business days. Most art orders arrive within 2–7 business days.
Apparel & Totes (Opal and June): Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your item is whisked away to the post office.
Boutique Items & Hardware: Small treasures like our Butterfly Wall Hooks are generally processed within 2–3 business days.
Free Ground Shipping: We are proud to offer Free UPS Ground Shipping on every order placed within our shop! No minimums, no surprises.
To ensure you get your items as quickly as possible, please note that if you order items from different collections (e.g., a large canvas and a tote bag), they may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive a unique tracking number for each part of your journey.
Once your order has been carefully packed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can watch your package make its way to your hearth.
